Sal Digital Payment Services and Bureau de Change (SDPS) acts as an Xpress point for Ecobank. This gives options to Ecobank customers to perform simply banking services at our various branches. Banking services like cash withdrawal, cash deposits and account openings can all be performed at any of the branches of SDPS.
To make a cash deposit, you will be required to provide your Ecobank Savings or Xpress account number and name of the person depositing the cash. An instant SMS alert will be received by account owner and the depositor will be issued a receipt that bears a reference number of the transaction.

To make a cash withdrawal, there are two available options for customers. The Xpress Agent Point Withdrawal and the Redeem Token. The Xpress Agent Point withdrawal requires the account owner to have the Ecobank mobile app and be present at our branch to scan the given QRcode. After performing the withdrawal on the mobile app, the Xpress agent will then give cash in return upon confirming the transaction.
